Bedrock Workforce Housing Development
The first phase of the Bedrock Workforce Housing development will provide 10 units of affordable, design-forward housing that contributes to addressing the critical need in the Telluride region. The development is geared to reinforce the mountain town community for residents. This project is envisioned as the basis for future workforce units in the town of Rico and the region.

Buildings 1 & 2
Unit 1A & B, 2A & B - 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom + 1 Loft + 1 Garage - 542 sq-ft
Building 1 and 2 consist of two, one-bedroom + loft duplexes of two units (total of 4 units). The one-bedroom loft units are designed with the great option to expand and utilize the loft space. In addition to the loft there is a full kitchen, living space, bathroom, full-size bedroom, and a deck off the living room. Each unit comes with one covered garage space and storage. A washer and dryer are included with the unit.
Building 3
Unit 3A & B - 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom + 1 Garage - 465 sq-ft
Unit 3C - 2 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom + 2 parking spaces - 932 sq-ft
Building 3 consists of a triplex. On the lower level are two one-bedroom units and the upper level is a two-bedroom unit. The one-bedroom units are suitably designed for a single professional or couple. There is a full kitchen, living space, bathroom, full-size bedroom, and a deck off the living room. The two-bedroom unit is designed for a couple wanting extra space, a small family or two roommates. The one-bedroom unit comes with 1 covered garage space with storage and the two bedroom unit will have designated uncovered parking spots. All units will have dedicated storage. A washer and dryer are included with each unit.
